60 mm is for a deeper rim
The same tyre size can still take the wrong valve length. A deeper rim needs a longer valve before the pump head can reach it. The shop already lists this size range with a 48 mm Presta valve. Choose 60 mm when a 48 mm valve sits inside the rim. Measure from the valve hole to the outer rim face, or send a side photo, before ordering.

A Schrader hole, a 20-inch or 26-inch wheel, or a tyre clearly under 28C or over 42C should not be assumed to match. On a tubeless setup, a tube is only a spare if the valve hole is clear of sealant.

FAQ
Is this Presta or Schrader?
Presta. The option is Detachable F/V, with a removable core, 60 mm long. It is not Schrader.
How is it different from the 48 mm tube?
Same 700×28-42C range and the same Vittoria Standard series. The difference is valve length: 60 mm here, and 48 mm on the other page. A shallower rim can use 48 mm.
Can a puncture be patched?
Yes. A butyl tube is normally repaired with a patch. Vittoria also describes this series as a tube you can carry and fit at the roadside. It is not a puncture-proof tyre. After a repair, check that nothing sharp is left inside the tyre.
